The booked lead guest must provide valid government-issued photo identification and complete the required pre-arrival guest registration process before access is provided.

Guests are required to sign and return the rental agreement before arrival.

A refundable security deposit is required for applicable bookings and is subject to the applicable booking and rental agreement terms.

The lead guest must be aged 23 or over and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking.

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The number of people staying at the property must accurately reflect the booking.
